FORMS
- Parents have all 5 forms filled out and signed via parent power school.  Go to Athletics and  you will locate Athletic Agreement, Student & Parent Concussion Plan, Cardiac Arrest Awareness, Interscholastic Athletics Consent Form, Interscholastic Athletic Emergency Card.  All must be entered before the first day of tryouts.

You must also have an up-to-date physical.  Hand physical form into nurse

SPRING BREAK - All players are required to be available for games and practices during spring break
