Parents have all 5 forms filled out and signed via parent power school. Go to Athletics and you will locate Athletic Agreement, Student & Parent Concussion Plan, Cardiac Arrest Awareness, Interscholastic Athletics Emergency Card. 

You must also have an up to date physical. Please hand physical form into nurse office.

SUNSET SIZZLER - FRI. AUG. 2nd 2019
- The BHS All Sports Booster Club is hosting the 7th Annual Sunset Sizzler 5K on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 7pm. 
- The 5K race starts and ends at Brookfield High School. Race participants are welcome to run or walk in this community event.
